when did Chevy start putting 5 lug on a C10 ? 69-70-71-72

If I member right it came as an option in 1971 on the half tons and was standard in 1972 on half tons.

71 it became standard not optional. Also disk brakes started the same time.

CG is correct. 71 Unless it was a 4x4, then it remained 6 lug on the 1/2 tons.
