How to tell what year door you have?

My truck has two different doors on it. My truck is a 71, but i have no idea if the doors are off a 72 or not.. Im ordering door regulators now (any recommendations on where to order??) and i dont really know how to tell what doors i have. They say there is a difference between the 71 and 72 doors.?
Any help?

Yes there is. Window regulators are different, arm rest is different, etc. If you post a picture of the doors we can tell you which is which.

Look by the vent windows on the inside. If there is a screw holding them in place, you have 72 doors. If there is no screw there, you have 7-71 doors. Also the 72's had plastic door panels instead of the vinyl covered metal panels.

Yes, they are plastic panels, and there is a screw under the wing window that holds it in place. Its a long screw right?

Thanks for the info...

Re: How to tell what year door you have?

My 67 has full 72 doors on it, doors, panels, vent windows, and all, I love the 72 panels, so that's what I went with. The window and door regulators and door panels are a "one year only thing." The window and door regulator shafts are longer than the ones for a 67-71 door.

Aside from the colors, they should look like this:
