is the steering box power or manual? if it's power and doesn't have any issues or leaks...I'll take it.

THEY APPEAR TO BE TURNABLE BUT THEY CANT BE MORE THAN $30-$40 new but they do have the bearing in them but i think ill leave them with the spindels for now thanks
