I have an 82 half ton 2wd chevy truck as a donor pickup. Will the disc brakes and spindles from this truck work on my 70 half ton 2wd?

Any other good items I can use on my 70?

And, the 82 short fleet is in great condition, should I put this bed on my truck while I finish my bed? just a few thoughts

a good place to get a cross reference is rockauto (on line link below) and run the part # for the donor against you truck. most on the gm parts interchange over a lot of years. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/catalog.php
