68 GMC front cip to 72 chevy cab

I found a decent 68 GMC front clip that I am thinking of installing onto a 72 chevy cab. I am hoping all will bolt right on or are there some surprises I dont know about. My 72 has air, so will the core support on the 68 GMC be the same as the 72. Or can I just swap out core support? Thanks

You'll need the whole front clip, core support, fenders, hood, obviously the grill too. it'll all bolt right on no problem.

The GMC has 4-lights, if you are using the grill and all it direct bolt up, if you want single headlight with a 67-8 chev grill the 72 will work, just pop the headlight stand off, and get some 67-8 buckets (67-72 Chev grill is identical except the 69-72 has a bracket {for the headlight} to push it out further) knock off the spot welds and you have a 67-8 chev grill.

I was a second too late, but same answer!

I will be looking for a 67-68 chevy grill and not use the GMC. Its not in bad shape but I prefer the chevy.
