Has anyone seen this Cheyenne color combo before?
I've yet to see another like it. SPID says Med. Bronze / White. It's not white that's for sure. Doesn't look like it's been repainted this color or anything. It's the same color on the back side of the cab and such.

Re: Has anyone seen this Cheyenne color combo before?
Sorry, but I haven't figured out how to do the picture thing yet, but that's the color combo of my truck. My spid says Med. Bronze also, and, yes, mine is white. Don't know if this will help.
Regards, Paul

I personally like the color combo of bronze and white. I'll try and find the color chart and let you know...

Re: Has anyone seen this Cheyenne color combo before?
Yeah, I still think mine would look a ton better Med. Bronze and White. I don't care for the tan. I'll be painting the wheels back to "Argent" here soon. Then I'll see what I think and go from there.

Chuck Palahniuk is the man. I cant wait for fight club to come out on Blu-Ray...
Haha sorry, didnt know if anyone else would catch it. Nice truck BTW. Those rallies would look killer painted the same Medium Bronze. I dont really dig color-matched wheels for the most part, but I think it would work well on yours.

It matches the tan right now. I think I'm going silver on them for now.

Re: Has anyone seen this Cheyenne color combo before?
thanks! I actually work in Mission and live in Raymore. What is your opinion on your drop springs vs. a flip kit? I've heard a preference for the flip kit over the springs. I'm considering a flip kit soon and I'm curious. Thanks

Re: Has anyone seen this Cheyenne color combo before?
If your truck says "White" then it has been painted.I guess they pulled the bed to cover the white.I figure it could have been painted when they painted the rallye wheels. There was a fleet color like that tan, can`t remember the name. But,it would be listed on the SPID if GM did it.There were COPO trucks made with paint schemes not offered in production listings.

Re: Has anyone seen this Cheyenne color combo before?
I've seen way too many threads stating that the plants did weird things from plant to plant to believe that. It also doesn't explain Woobie and jrb71c20's trucks being the same way. The rallyes are rattle canned for sure. I'd imagine a shop would have at least primered them. Who knows for sure though. Is there any place on the truck that you can think of that I might be able to easily check for the old white if it is a repaint?

Re: Has anyone seen this Cheyenne color combo before?
Only under the mouldings if you can`t see anywhere else.I just don`t know why they wouldn`t list the color.I`ve never seen discrepencies in colors listed on a SPID.

Re: Has anyone seen this Cheyenne color combo before?
I have seen two trucks with the brown/tan scheme like that. One was a 69, the other a 70. The 70 appeared to be original paint.

Re: Has anyone seen this Cheyenne color combo before?
Mine has been repainted in the front for sure. Easy to tell because the clear coat is peeling. The rest of the truck really looks like it was originally this color though.
