thanks for that plug. i had been scoping out a kit from sport truck direct and was about to pounce on it. ($499 w/o shocks 5/7" drop)

i'm looking to eventually do a static 5/7" drop on my 82 with 20's. to get the extra 2" in the rear i'm guessing i just have to incorporate hangers?

after checking out stylin trucks i'm going to go with the 3/5" drop for $255.99 this way i can better gauge if i'm going to have clearance and rubbing issues. i can add the required drop springs and shocks at a later date. i'd rather have to order a few additional parts afterwards than be stuck with a bunch i can't use.

i can't remember if i have 1" or 1.25" rotors. i did measure 'em at some point.

Outfoxed: thanks again for the link. let me know how the install goes and post some pics of the finished project if it's not too much trouble.

Re: AIM Industries ?

No prob... I was planing on installing this weekend, but after reading about some common lowering issues I may wait till I get everything lined up. I dont want to grind my calipers and lower control arms to clear my rallys, also order some brake lines incase the stocker dont go back on to well. I'll defineatly post pics....
