Gemtop GT Classic Tonneau Cover

Just called Jim at Sports truck solutions (800-550-9241 IN SO. CAL. 562-592-3975) about their Gemtop GT Classic Tonneau Cover. He quoted me $904.95 with $110 shipping to Utah and free factory color paint. If you have welded over stake pockets you can order the skinny frame which allows a 1-1/4" revile around the beds edge.

I like this look and would get it if I had the cash to spend. Does any one know of any place that sells this same product or one with similar styling for a little less money?

Re: Gemtop GT Classic Tonneau Cover

Ive had my eyes on that for a while now... Coil overs, spindles, rear disks, under-bed cell, cage, buckets, and now that tonneau.... Haha I need to drop out of school.

That will look pretty slick. I hope you can locate one a little cheaper.

Renegade those look very nice. How much did it end up running you? How much is it costing you to get it painted? Thanks.

I believe the cover was about $575 shipped to my loading dock. As far as cost to get just the cover painted, I don't know as it is being painted along with my truck.

Re: Gemtop GT Classic Tonneau Cover

I have a tonneau cover made by Gaylords (located in Santa Fe Springs, Ca.), and it fits perfectly. They have a new mounting system that does not require any holes to be drilled.

Re: Gemtop GT Classic Tonneau Cover

Does the tonneau cover made by Gaylords overlap the bedsides? If so, I wonder if they make a flush mount also.

Re: Gemtop GT Classic Tonneau Cover

Yes, it overlaps the sides. I do not believe that they make a flush mount cover. But it is color matched, and I am very happy with it. The flush one in your pics looks great too. You can't go wrong with these things either way.

Re: Gemtop GT Classic Tonneau Cover

For a minute there I though Gemtop started making tonneau covers.I see they`re sticking with what they do best. They have been around forever making caps and now make excellent fiberglass or composite bed covers. That finish is perfect!
