Trailer wiring harness install

I have a '72 GMC that I am needing to wire in some a connector for trailer lights. I am going with the Flat 4 style connection. Is there just a plug in style for the this era of trucks? I looked at the part store but didn't see any listed for it. If I have to wire them in, do any of you guys have any suggestions on a clean way to wire it up? My truck only has 70k miles and it is really clean so I don't want to go butchering up the wiring.

I got the same harness(different mfr.), from GMC Paul. Disconnect rear harness, install this, and connect rear harness back up. No muss, no fuss.
