It puts out 11.5/10.2 SCFM @ 40/90 PSI which should be pretty good for what I need it for.

Is that thing 110 or 220. I don't see where it says.

its 220 but I can quickly wire up some 220 and I need to for my welder.

$500 will buy a new motor for this one.

But it also takes 208 V 3 phase.
