dumb question

ok this is dumb but its for reference..is the front of a 70 model frame the same hieght as the rear..for example i have a frame sitting on two saw horses on level ground and one saw horse is at the very front and one is at the very back and it looks as if the belly is slighty doing down hill and i put a level on it and it is off. is this normal.

oh and the saw horse are the same hieght. i measured them
