driver side alt. brackets f/s


i still have a few pair these all good driver shape $25.00 a pair picked up or $33.95 shipped.

Will these let me mount my 68 alternator without the bracket to the exhaust manifold? I am think of running headers or vette ramhorns and will lose that mounting point. Do I need both brackets or just the small one?

they will eliminate the need for the alternator mount on your ex. manifold, but you will need to have accessory hole on your heads, otherwise you wont have anywhere to mount the lower bracket

thanks burnoutnova i was thinking they bolted to the head. it has been a while sence i took them off so i couldn't remember for sure.
