Re: Sat pics (4-19) Day at the Rod Run!

Thanks for all the great pics see ten...I still cannot adjust to the 18"-20" type wheels. Guess I am to ols fashioned as I like the slots, torq's, and cragers much better.

Re: Sat pics (4-19) Day at the Rod Run!

okay, I might be crazy, but I really love the 68 Coupe deVille. before I bought my truk, I almost pulled the trigger on a black/black 68 deVille. some people don't like the bagged, 18" rimmed Caddys, but I have a soft spot for 'em.

however, I don't think it would even fit in my garage........ on second though, I don't need that master bedroom afterall!!

Re: Sat pics (4-19) Day at the Rod Run!

I'm with ya brother! My wife is wanting an old car and if I could talk her in to a big caddy like that I would be all over it. As of now she's sticking to her guns saying that she wants a 49-54 chevy 2 door car. So I guess in the meantime I've just got to sell her Jeep.

I love those 49 - 54 Chevy's myself. There's a guy here in town with a '53 with a LT1/4L60E set-up. Slick car!

Re: Sat pics (4-19) Day at the Rod Run!

Man I wish I was closer I would be there. Me and my wife vacation there during the grand falls rod run but it seems to be getting too buisy to drive around. I would like to go at some time and take my truck but the drive now would kill me at 3.50 a gallon. Nice truck by the way.

You could try coming down the week before the Grand Run in the fall. That's the weekend of Shades of the Past. There's probably just as many old cars and trucks but not near as much traffic.

That's a sweet Impala buddy!
