HydroBoost for '72 3/4 truck
Can I convert from power disc/drum to a hydroboost system on my 1972 3/4 pickup w/power steering? What exactly do I need?

Re: HydroBoost for '72 3/4 truck
I would like to know as well. Looking at the vacuum pump setup for diesels, it doesn't look like it's as good as a hydro system.

A guy on craigslist has a hyro set with the lines for sale @50.00. Just wondering what else is needed. I just bought a kit for my '72 formula for 900.00

Re: HydroBoost for '72 3/4 truck
I provided you the key to answering your questions. Based on the above, you don't want help. You want someone to do all the work for you. I don't know what "Search is a punk" is supposed to imply, but a simple search of "HydroBoost" turns up numerous posts with very good info, including names of board members who have direct experience with it. How do I know this? 1) I searched, and 2) I made some of those posts.

Seems like you have an attitude and you have 4452 posts? Are you a monkey wrench?? Punk means young , dumb, and full of ...if you ever wore a uniform. Or was it an idiot & worthless thug? I did do a search before I posted. I might be a little older than you too so show some respect for your elders. I ask a simple question. If you can help, please do. If not, don't chime in. I'm asking specifically for a '72 3/4 truck with power steering & power brakes. I know I'll get my answer. I'm just working on something else "72 Formula" and needed a quick answer. Not trying to be a prick dude. If you made some of the posts, then steer me to them intsead of being bling bling.. I guess your profile pic explains it.

Thank You & I'm sorry for any misunderstanding. I know nothing of hydroboost yet and I get impatient sometimes.
