Return Line For Electric Fuel Pump???

IF RUNNING A ELECTRIC FUEL PUMPON A CARB SETUP W/A PRESSURE REGULATOR. DO I NEED TO SOMEHOW RUN A RETURN FUEL LINE OR WILL I BE OK WITH JUST THE FEED LINE???

The return line is for overflow isnt, so with the propper regulator you shouldnt need it
