add a leaf
can i cut down a full leaf down and bolt a few cut down leafs to my front pack togain more Lift and how much lift will my shocks accept from my 4" lift

how much do you want to gain. an add-a-leaf is nothing more than a shorter leaf bolted on the bottom with a new center pin. It will make it a lot stiffer and your U-bolts might not fit...

i was thinking two inchs worth sorta like a 0 rate but with more lift

I gained 1.5" from my rancho leaf, 1/2" for the actual metal and one inch or arc but I only had two leafs in the rear to start with... so now I have three

Messing with the front like that you MUST secure the "add a leafs" to the leafpack & replace the center bolt on your leafpack. If you don't they may be able to spit out = bad bad steering = crash and burn.
Not too may people taking this route so you will be unique
