Need a carb for my '70

I have a 1970 CST/10. 350ci, bored 30 over, no ac, no pb, no ps.

I'm assuming that I don't have an electric choke being as there is no wire, but their is a rod coming up from the coil spring located on the intake manifold.

What type of Edelbrock carb do I need and what type/accessory choke to purchase?

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
