need 73-80 tailgate band clips
Is there anywhere I can get those suckers? I'm coming up empty.
Hope I can get some help, just scored a nice GMC one at the swap meet this weekend,but it only had a couple. Thanks |

 What do they look like? There is a company called AuVeCo out of Louisville KY that has a huge catalog with all kinds of body hardware. If you'll post a picture I'll see if they have them in their catalog. |

I'm sorry about no pics. I have no way of taking any at the moment.
The clips I'm talking about are the ones that hold that decorative band on the tailgate. You know the one that has the GMC/Chevy name. The one I have is the 73-80 band. It's narrower than the 81-87 band and sits inside the recess on the tailgate. I hope I explained that okay. Guess it would of been easier to post a picture but I'm to busy buying parts for the truck to get a new camera. |
