Billet Grilles for 67-68
I have been looking for these for a while. Just spotted this from LMC. Sorry if everyone else has already seen it.
Also, anyone else running something similar? I like the look, but have also considered recessing the turn signal lamps and having the bottom billet look just like the top, instead of ending at the lamps.

I like it, been looking for something like that for a while now.
Talking about the Marker lights, I want to do this: they're from AutoLoc not a bad price either. here's the link: http://www.thehoffmangroup.com/autol...inc=headlights

I just got these ones at the local parts house they look really sic They take a regular h3 bulb i'm pretty sure thats the one anyways, but there are 194 bulbs in the bottom of the housing that i wired in with the parklights and blinkers, awesome, and I love them... crap I'll load the picture later...

Tracking this, as I like the grill (price?) and the lights... for different projects.

Re: Billet Grilles for 67-68
Did you have any problems with the install? Does it install over the inner grille? If you have any other pics, I'd be interested to see them, as I am wanting to put those on my '69 too. Thanks
Mike

Re: Billet Grilles for 67-68
The grill replaces the inner grill and it installs pretty easy. You have to remove the entire grill to change it out. The rod they give you to open your hood is kind of cheesy so I didn't use it. Made my own with a cable to open the hood.

Re: Billet Grilles for 67-68
ok here's a couple with just park lights on, and one with the lights fully on (high beams). I'll try to get some pics of the lights in the daylight some close ups, they look really sic though because I have the upgraded bulbs and they have a real purple tint to them...

Re: Billet Grilles for 67-68
I like these ones. They have LED on the bottom so when they are off, they are clear, not amber. cleaner look, i think. not bad price either.

Re: Billet Grilles for 67-68
Are those DOT legal enough that you could delete the 70's lights and go all billet grille (would need to be custom, I know)

Re: Billet Grilles for 67-68
About a year and a half back, I purchased the billet grille for the 68 front panel that I have. Those items are still in the box and the company that makes them, does not sell them anymore. The turn signals for the set that I have are behind the grille and not in the metal line. The truck that was made for Gabe's Upholstery by Barry White has them in it's grille.

Re: Billet Grilles for 67-68
It is a polished grille insert from the "TRENZ" company for the 67 and 68 Chevy trucks. The part number is TRE2189GP and so far I have found that they are not for order anymore. It is lucky I got mine a long time ago.

Re: Billet Grilles for 67-68
So does the Trenz grille require any mods to the parking lamps, or does it just attach right in front of them.
Anyone got a line on where to get these or something similar pleeeeese let me know.
