I live in an apt. complex and I came home after work to see FOUR vehicles crushed by trees. One of the walkways between buildings was knocked down by a tree as well. What's scary is that I moved my truck the night before because where I normally park has a huge tree that looks like it could fall.... so I move it to a "safer" area only to go to the truck the next morning to see that a large tree had fallen about 2 spaces down and the branches were about 5 feet from my truck.

The tree I normally park under/near didn't lose a single branch.

Exactly... its the ice melt acid they pour all over the roads, eats your vehicle. I have had to fix the wiring for the taillights on my 02 GMC twice since it was new due to the corrosion from the ice melt. They like to use Magnesium Chloride here for melting snow and also on gravel roads to knock the dust down.

Re: What did I do today.

Fortunately, he is in a place now where he never needs to put his trucks away. Cruising for eternity and the gas doesn't cost a dime.
