WTB 250/6 PS pump and brackets

The old 67 shorty needs power steering. I don稚 have the time or the heart to pull the 250/6 out she runs too good! If anyone has a pump and brackets they want to part with let me know shipping to PA 17011 or if you are going to Carlisle I could meet you there. Rob

Re: WTB 250/6 PS pump and brackets

That's a nice truck and well worth the investment of some PS, but...

There is not much old six PS laying around. It is worth about twice as much as SB...about $100-$150 for pump, pulleys & brackets is about right.

Rob, in the mood to go junkyarding? I might know where you can find a set off a 69. I am thinking about going all day sunday to two popular yards in our area. Your free to tag along if you want.

Man, I just sold a complete set up (pump, brackets, sector, hoses) for 100 bucks shipped here on the board. Go to the junk yard and look for a 73-87 set up. It'll work just fine, and you will get a variable ratio to boot. you will have to use spacers behind the box if your frame does not have the dimples.

Hey Rob, I might be needing a set myself soon. Thinking about picking up a 69 swb, so keep me in mind if u should find an extra setup.
