1987 van rear end

I was wondering if the whole rear end from a Chevy 1987 van will bolt up under a 1988 chev 1/2 ton. Are they the same rear end housing ?

Re: 1987 van rear end

I don't know about the 87 but I have a 91 van with a 14 bolt and it is way wider than the 10 bolt on my 92 RCLB 4 x 4

Maybe it was wider? I dont remember which it was but I do know that it was either narrower or wider. I thought it was narrower.
