2008 Midwest Meet
Details:
What: 2008 Midwest Meet Where: Indian Cave State Park When: May 31/June 1, 2008 Why: Meet and Greet - Grillin', Drinkin' and BSin' Who: You and your family. Please feel free to bring the rug rats. The main event is the get together at Indian Cave State Park. Plan on showing up in the afternoon / evening on the 31st. Get your camp spot setup, and start firing up the grills. We will find a central location in the park to use for the main get together. In addition, anyone who wants to can meet a group of us in Lamoni, Iowa around noon on the 31st, and cruise to the park in style. It's about a 2.5 hour drive, taking curvy, 2 lane, paved, back roads the whole way. It also sounds like some of the Kansas people are planning a cruise too. Here's a link to a map I've created showing who is planning to come, and where the park is: http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UT...,27.597656&z=6 If you plan to come, go over to the thread we've started to indicate if you'll be camping or not. Here's the link: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=272644

Re: 2008 Midwest Meet
for those of you attending, please PM me your name, cell number, year of truck and how many people you're brining. I'd like to keep a master list just in case someone breaks down. I'll also reply to your PM with my cell number, again, in case you break down. We'll send out a search and rescue team to get ya.
but wait.... what if i break down??

I lined up a room at the Auburn Inn in Auburn, NE this morning. The wife is coming along or I probably would have slept in the truck. She's not much for camping so I figured as long as she is making the trip with me I will make her as comfy as possible..... I'm checking out some small stuff on the white truck to help keep the gremlins at bay..... See you all there... LockDoc
