I put on a new moroso hei distributor yesterday. I paid $200 for a complete unit coil and all. It beats the hell outa that accel junk that i bought new only 6 months ago. The tuck starts easier runs smoother and has alot more power. Just thought i would let you guys in on a good poduct and tell you that accel is only good for plugs and wires!

I bet its a big difference,i have been lookin at MSD for a while ,but the budget isnt with me ......yet! one of the nice features on the aftermarket distribs is the adjustability of the advance curve. i have a stocker fitted with Accel pcs(coil,module,cap/rotor),& use a crane adjustable vac can. adjusting the mechanical is either welding or filing......hope to get another season from the old dinosaur,to give time to get into some of the "cosmetics"(still have a lot of tin dings to work on)........69
