Gauges question....(probably asked before 1,000,000x)

Ok, the big hole are 5", the lowers are 2 5/8" and the center is 3 3/8"??


ALSO more importantly...Im looking in the Summit Catalog and for Auto Meter Ultra-Lite Gauges---

Fuel Level it has:
0 empty-30 full
0 empty-90 full
16 empty-158 full
240 empty-33 full
73 empty-10 full

????????? What do I need?????????
