is this a van tilt or truck tilt?

this came in my truck, i know its not original to the truck since it used to be a 6cyl 3 speed. so obviously someone swapped in this auto tilt column.

just wondering what are the downsides would be if it were a van tilt? i mean i drove the truck for a good 8 months and this worked fine.

also does anyone know where i could get a column rebuilt? and how much it usually runs?

anyway what is it? truck or van?

I'm in the same boat as Dropt72Shortbed, truck had a none original tilt when I bought it. How do you tell the difference? How difficult is it to replace the bearings? My lower bearing all but gone. Thanks.....Stroker
