Gas filler patch

I was planning on moving the gas tank out of the cab. Anyone know if a vendor is making a patch for the filler neck hole? I've done some searches, but came up dead so far.

Re: Gas filler patch

I have them made here localy. They are cut flat though and you have to do the contouring yourself. They are in my on-line catolog. WES

i got my gas filler, door handle fillers and stake hole filler plates from him. all were great and fit perfectly. they were also formed to fit the appropriate curves. IMO, that's a great benefit.

Re: Gas filler patch

Can anybody guide me towards no-weld patch panels?
I have contacted Infanti - since there is no overlap, they must be welded.
I was going to use epoxy - any suggestions?

Re: Gas filler patch

my suggestion would be to weld. even if you have to borrow a friends welder. if you were to overlap, even the gas filler, you're going to have to spread a lot of mud to make it even.
