Front Suspension Kit
Hey there Gents. I have recently been looking on the market for a new front suspension kit. I'm sure most of you have seen the www.p-s-t.com add in the magazines. They seem to have some good packages for the price. What I am looking for is a pretty complete front suspension kit for my '72 LWB. Thanks for all the input.

Re: Front Suspension Kit
I wound up getting all my parts from NAPA. Performance Online (POL) has a package that's pretty reasonable too but I can't speak about it's quality....

Re: Front Suspension Kit
Ole Blue 68, why can't you speak to the quality? Was it not a good experience or you just haven't had enough time to with the set up to pass judjment?
Mekdad, did you purchase the kit that also came with springs? |

Early Classic Enterprieses has a kit that will rebuild the front end.

Re: Front Suspension Kit
Lugo, many of the members here use the vendors who support the BB.There is a reveiws section that will detail others experiences with different vendors. Some vendors are staffed by order takers with little to no knowledge of these trucks. Most of the BB vendors also build trucks and have researched the parts to find the best quality.
Just trying to give you a heads up on researching price/quality.

Re: Front Suspension Kit
I got my front end kit from CPP, but lately I've been dealing with Early Classic exclusively, and although I cannot personally speak of their suspension stuff, their customer service and shipping time is awesome! And I've heard nothing but good about their suspension pieces.

Other vendors? Everything I've ever bought from Early Classic has been of high quality and their service is excellent. Someone mentioned CPP and they have a reasonably priced kit too. I didn't mention them because some people have complained about their customer service. You could also check out the board vendors as someone suggested. I'll also see if I can dig up that NAPA parts list. |
