Where's your filler?

Looking for ideas for my filler. I filled the hole on the cab and I'm relocating the tank. Pictures would help, Thanks.

Re: Where's your filler?

Looking good JCA. I wish I could do something like that but I'm building a 67, so I won't have side marker lights.

What are you going to do inside the bed? I really want a side fill but I hate how I think it will look inside the bed...

Thanks

Here's underneath. I've added clamps since the pics, as well as the taillights

I'm going to try and patch it up to original the best that I can, I will be doing a ryno liner so I'm not too concerned with perfection. I'll post more pics when I figure it out.
It might look something like this.

Here's another nice setup by board member John Fabris
Click on Gas Tank for filler modification
I couldn't find a picture of the finished filler mod, maybe someone can chime in

Re: Where's your filler?

I've always thought that having it hidden behind the side marker was cool. I like that hidden behind the taillight on the fleetside too, just like a 56 Bel Air.

It's just one of those one off things that I put together after someone here gave me the idea. I have a couple of old threads showing how it went together. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ht=tail+filler Thanks for the comments.
