I've emailed the guy 3 times but no replies yet, twice last night and once this morning, I have a guy to look at in person for me if the owner would ever email me or call. I'd buy it now if its like he says it is, but thats why I want Rob to check it out, since he is ALOT closer to it than me. I'M WAITING IMPATIENTLY!!!
