What shocks for 4" lift?
Finally ordered a new 4" Tuff Country all spring lift from Suspension Connection. If anyone is interested, their kits are on sale until June 3rd. Anyway, I did NOT order the schocks with the kit, decided there must be something else better.....or maybe not. I did a search, found some liked the Ranch RS9000's. I've owned a set of RS5000, they were o.k. Bilstein were good too. Looking for good ride and value. What do you guys/gals have and like? Thanks

Re: What shocks for 4" lift?
Go check the Bilstein website. They show number for the 4" lift in their universal listings. That's likely what I'll be getting soon along with the 4" tough country kit.
P/Ns are (from Bilstein website) for 1/2 & 3/4 T 69-87 Front - F4-BE5-6252-H5 Rear - F4-BE5-6248-H5 Last edited by hdflstf; 05-29-2008 at 09:44 PM. |

Rancho's 9000 sound good since they are adjustable. I'll need to check out the bilstein webite. hdflstf, thanks for the info, I was just going through your 205 build. I hope to get mine done by fall, along with the th350.
