rubber or poly???

Buying all new cab mounts and bushings which is better to use will the poly last forever and make you bounce more, while the rubber is dead in 3 years. All help appreciated want to do this right and not worry about it for a long, long time

Re: rubber or poly???

i got the rubber ones from Wes at Classic Heartbeat......I have heard that the polly ones make alot of noises even when lubed properly and, IMHO i have never heard anything bad about the rubber ones..........You might P.M Wes and see what he says im sure he has dealt with both and sold alot of both styles also................

Re: rubber or poly???

The poly ones are stiffer, giving a worse ride, however, they 'give' a little less, and can make cab to bed contact a little easier.
