need some help IDing this 4 speed PLEASE

I was told it was a muncie but I cannot find anything that says m21 or22

here are the numbers that came off the case

14072995
tej524351
c-15475

what would be the best shifter to use with a bench seat

by best I mean the coolest and cheapest

thank you in advance

my buddy said it came out of an 84 and it had auto tranny fluid in it
