had a 7000 lb load of gravel in my Ferd pull trailer(the loader got a little carried away!). 3/4 ton flat bed ,trailer ,& gravel went across the scales @ 14000 lbs! the damn trailer weaved all the way home. gettin back to the subject, my longhorn scales @ 4240,full of gas & driver......I go 220,so just a touch over 4000 on the truck. Now some will say ,cant be, but shes runnin 1/2 ton suspension,& pretty well stripped( no heater, air, inner front fenders, front bumper, has aluminum heads, intake, jaz plastic buckets,& a few things that I probably forgot!)..........69 longhorn.
