The old girl was feeling left out.....so I gave her some attention.
Ive had this truck for 10+ years and I am ashamed to say its been driven less than 700 miles. It always starts and runs great but always seems to be in the back corner behind 2 or 3 projects. The seat had some very slight wear to it so I took it out to use in another project. I had always wanted to do a houndstooth seat in it so this gave me the excuse I needed. When I bought it she had some slight board rot in the bed so I put a bedliner in it and forgot about it....I know...SAD!
Well.......while I was rolling I pulled the bedliner out to find it really only needed 1 board replaced....I had some old originals so I swapped it out. Then I went ahead and sanded them and put some polly on it. They are not perfect but a GREAT driver bed!!! While Im on a roll Im going to do a few more things to it.....lock out hubs, replace the worn wood grain door panel inserts, some fresh seat belts and get the AC pumping again. Here are a couple of pics

It came from the fact that you are "older" too!

Re: The old girl was feeling left out.....so I gave her some attention.
It's not completely ignored...whenever I stop by, I go over and drool on the hood...maybe get in the seat and turn the steering wheel making racing noises and honking the horn. The pics don't do this truck justice, guys!
