cleaning gas tank

I have the tank out of my truck and am wondering what I should use to rinse it out. Just water? It's not rusty and has not been sitting without use for a long time.
thanks for the help

Since I don't have the $ to get mine resealed, i'm just going to use a pressure washer/steam cleaner on it. Just make sure to drain it real good and rince with a gallon or so of alcohol to absorb the water.
