With a LOT of work anything can be shined ( my son is tumbling rocks in the garage as I write this) If he can polish rocks, you can polish those wheels!
It would be a lot of work but it can be done. Rg

Just get some compounds and a buffing wheel along with a little elbow grease and it should be doable ?

lots of wet sanding... Depending on how bad the finish is depends on how heavy of a grit you start with... Sand blasting is way too agressive!

Thanks for the response. Im gonna go and check them out and see what im dealing with. I know he sandblasted them cause he planned on powder coating them ?? Wish he wouldnt have. Ive been looking for these wheels in an 8 lug and they have been hard to come by. Might just try it for the experience anyways !
