Local metal recycling yard. They sell it by the pound. I'm also using 4.5" OD but 3/16" wall. Yes mine is bagged on trailing arms.

Where are you goign with the exhaust? Going on the inside frame rail, through the crossmember, then UNDER the trailing arms??? Where are you routing yours....

Heading out to work on that right now! It's going over the tranny member, through the TA member, up/in over the TA's. The mufflers will be between the tranny and TA members (they just fit with the tranny member in the second-to-last position). I'll post pics in the Tahoe thread tonight.
