Brakes (rear)

Anyone good with brakes.

I have a problem with mine

Took my truck to shop to get the brakes checked out and they felt nice after, drove for some days and still stopped nice and good, now i take out of the driveway and the first time i tap the brakes they just lock in and somehow i have to pump the brakes a few time for the to get a bit better but never it get better that that they still keep on to grabby, what the heck can i do???

Just did, the rear pads needed adjusting but also looks like the master cilinder is leaking air pressure...
