That tag looks like a GM converter. The 6925 is most likley the last four digits of the GM part number.
Edit: Best I can tell the newest number for it is 8691913. It was used in:
91-93 Caprice 5.7
87-92 Camaro/Firebird 5.0
91-92 Fleetwood 5.7
