Beautiful piece of art at beautiful piece of art pricing....i'd love to have it but it's out of my league (budget) Can't see spending as much on my hinges as i will have spent on my entire front clip.

Like I said, you would have to own a high end truck to be willing to pay the price. These are not for everyone. What is interesting is we have sold probably 40-50 sets of these for Camaros and Chevelles and those that whined at the price would buy another pair again once they had them installed. The factory stamped hinges and especially the aftermarket ones are a joke compared to how well these support the hood.

That's what i was trying to say but it came out the wrong way. I have no problem with the pricing on these...they look awesome and from what i've seen/heard they work awesome too.

My only complaint is i am buiding a truck on a budget so they won't be on my truck

Re: 67-72 billet hood hinges now available

Don't get me wrong here, but.........even if I could afford them I still would not buy them. There are other hinges that work great on 67-72 chevy trucks. They may not be as fancy or made of billet, but they look great and are very functional and I can save $500 to spend on many other things. Yall make some great products but maybe sometime soon yall can make ta few for the little guy.

Re: 67-72 billet hood hinges now available

I was just going to post this here - beautiful item

Fesler Billet 1967-72 Chevy Truck hood hinges are finally finished with their prototyping stage and are being manufactured as we speak.

Some benefits to our hinges are:

1. In-house design and manufacturing
2. Stainless Steel struts standard with 2 year warranty
3. Larger, weather resistant sealed bearings for strength
4. Streamline design
5. Assembled with SS hardware
6. All SS mounting hardware included
7. Strut placement that does not interfere with mounting and alignment
8. Taking orders and shipping now... really we are shipping now
9. Available in Natural, Brushed, Anodized and Polished
10. $750.00 Natural.... $830.00 brushed, anodized or polished*
11. FREE SHIPPING during the month of June, 08 -- www.feslerbuilt.com

I'd love to have a set on my ride, but have a few other things to spend my $$ on, like assembling the motor, paint etc

Down the road for sure

Not sure about this one, my OEM hinges held up perfectly fine for almost 40 years before I took the truck apart and would be good for another 40

Now if you are talking about how they look compared to OEM, no comparison
