72 gmc burb?

ive known about it for a few yers and ive never got an answer at the door but i left a note last week, and today i got a call about it they asked me how much i would pay for it and im going to look at it tomorow to make an offer, i havent seen it up close yet but it looks deacent from the road, not banged up badly, not rusty to where i can see it from 30 feet away but its missing the big side window on the drivers side covered with plastic though, bassed on that info alone what would be a reasonable price to offer?
