Even Ford Fans Love Old Chevy Trucks

I had to share this with you.

I went to a car show today put on by the local Mustang club. Needless to say, 90% of the vehicles were Mustangs. I entered my 71 C10 into the "70 and later Truck Class"(any brand). There were only 6 trucks in the class but 5 were Fords and my 1 lonesome Chevy. Like most show's, the competitors vote for their favorites. Therefore, was I ever surprised to have the Chevy be voted first in class by a bunch of Ford fans. Goes to show you even Ford fans can't help but love these 67-72 Chevy Trucks.

Mark

That's awesome! You do have an unfair advantage though, because Stevie Wonder can see how beautiful your truck is!

Re: Even Ford Fans Love Old Chevy Trucks

I have a buddy who's family is all complete Ford nuts, i took the GMC over to their house a few weeks ago, my buddy hasn't left me alone since. Claiming how bad he wants to buy the truck. I told him no, just because of his background. His dad would probably get it towed. Even the Ford guys can't deny it.
