Post trailing arms

Everyone says that 1/2 and 3/4 will work on a half ton right? So would it be worth it since I need two new ones to look for the 3/4 arms, are they better, stronger, last longer? Any input!

The 3/4 arms that I have seen have a long plate welded on the bottoms for reinforcement.

The 3/4 ton is beefed up a little, but the 1/2 arms could be boxed easily and would be stronger than the 3/4 ton. I would look for a set in the best possible condition and then beef them up as needed.

Don't know where Anderson is, but have you heard about Tucson's heat? And it's DRY, has not rained since a sprinkle on 2-4-02. Saw a jackrabbit fart in the yard yesterday and started up a dust devil.
