You'll have to get them to go to their picture book catalog of tools. It looks quite a bit like a pair of pliers, but the "business end" has a red plastic coating on the two halves that fit between the wiper and the cowl. The ends have a C-shaped notch that fits around the round shafts of the wiper drive system.

Some parts people want us to do their work for them.....imagine that!! Most of us can, too!!!

No, I don't have the part number....just the tool. When I get back from taking my wife for a laser procedure on her eyes, I'll dig it out, take a pix and try to post it for you.
