Question 72 to 67 front clip

Beside getting the new hood, fenders, grill and bumper -- do I need to change the radiator core support ?

Are all of these parts direct bolt ons -- once the 72 stuff is out of the way ? What about the inner fenders ?

I want to know what I'm getting into before I do it !

Here We Go: You will need 67-70 bumper brackets a 67-68 Rad Support contrary to popular belief that the 69-72 they can be use they can't. You will need a support from a 67-68 Grill that goes from the hood latch (You can use your hood latch for your 71 it's the same) down to the Grill and from the Grill to Rad Support.Oh the head light bezels trim for the grill You can use Your old headlight buckets , And the last thing is the tubs they are the same. I am in the process of doing the same swap. Have fun getting thoes body lines right ! Send me a PM if you have anymore Questions. Later Mario

If you are leaving the rear marker lights, you would be better off with a 68 front clip. It is the same as the 67, but it will have the marker lights.

Thanks for the info, Mario !

Haven't decided to go w/o markers or 68 front fenders.
