BB motor mount question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Installing a set of big block mounts on a non big block frame I found out left side fits OK. all the holes line up. But the right side holes at crossmember do not line up, is this common, and just need to drill holes or ? Thanks
