P0700 and P1100 codes, HELP!

Working on a 96 Silverado 1 ton dually with the 7.4l 454 Vortec and a P0700 and P1100 keeps popping up.

I know the P0700 is tranny control malfunction, what could that be?

I haven't been able to find out what the P1100 is but I've noticed in my googling that these 2 codes are always together.

Help please, thanks in advance.

Re: P0700 and P1100 codes, HELP!

P1100 mass flow sensor (MAF) Intermittent

P0700, you probably have slippage in your tranny. Could be a valve body problem.

From what I understand, to get the true issue with this you'll need the analyzer and not just a code reader.

Soryy I am not much more help.
