Clean Are the tonneau snaps drilled into the bed??? Where did you get the chrome hose covers?

Thanks guys,Its got a 4/6 drop.Wheels are Hopster 17x8 and 17x9.5.And Toyo proxys 255/60/17 and 285/60/17.Yes the tonnue snaps are drilled into the box.
