Owner of this truck?? And reverse rim?

Looking to go with bigger wheels and this (Black Truck below) is the exact stance/rim size I'm looking for... just hoping someone on here knows the owner so I could get some specs. Doesn't really look like 18/20 but rather 18/18 or 20/20? I've been crunching rim and tire sizes on the online chart for two nights and I'm ready to pull my hair out. I want to fill the wheel wells without rubbing and set the truck fairly level.

Also wondering if someone could explain what a reverse rim is and what the benefits are. My current specs are (blue 72 below)

front -235/70/15 on an 8" rim with 3.5 BS
rear - 31/12.5/15 on an 11" rim with 3.0 BS and a shortened rearend (could be a reverse rim but don't know?)

Thanks

Re: Owner of this truck?? And reverse rim?

I could have sworn I saved his build post somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. He was running a narrowed rear w/20x10's out back and 20x8's up front IIRC. They may even be 18x8's. I remember his build thread was named something about "the truck I bought from John", but I couldn't find it in search.

A "reverse rim" as I understand it just has more negative offset, ie. the center of the wheel is closer toward the center of the vehicle. Also called "deep dish."
